We are looking for a talented Customer Care Team Lead to join our growing team in our office in Limassol. Responsibilities:
- Drawing up standards and principles for the work of customer service (main communication channels: Intercom; email);
- Build and lead Customer Care department;
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports;
- Develop standards and principles for working with clients;
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner;
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis;
- Hire and train new team members;
- Present product updates to the team;
- Communicate with key customers and partners, generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships;
- Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent English and Russian languages in both written and verbal communication;
- Minimum 3 years experience in the similar position;
- Confident knowledge of Intercom and knowledge of all the possibilities of the service
- Experience in implementing WOW customer service;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism;
- Experience on a similar position in an Ad Network will be your advantage.
